Our consultants meet with you to discuss your goals and expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment.  We will review the home staging process and tour the home, sometimes transforming areas as we go.  The homeowner can make notes on the recommendations we make as we walk and talk.  The worksheet provided to the homeowner will provide direction and bring focus to the most important things to be done right away to increase potential sales value of the home and obtain a faster sale.

This service is perfect for those homes that just need a little extra attention and expertise. The Painted Door Consultant will work from the plan created during the consultation, bringing in accessories to complete the look of each room that will give you a visual of what to purchase or rent that will go a long way in updating each room of the home. We will stop just shy of our half day in order to assess the progress. At this time, we will go through the home with you and detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover.

For those homes that need more attention and expertise, we spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home. You won't believe the difference a day can make! You'll walk away with a show-ready home and visuals of purchases you can make to complete the look. We will stop just short of our full day in order to assess the progress. At this time, we will go through the home with you and detail the cosmetic improvements recommended, paint color choices, suggested additional accessory purchases and details on what to do in the rooms we were unable to cover.
